NationGrowth Micro Finance - Renewable Energy Loan

IREE Solar has partnered with NationGrowth Micro Finance to offer competitive financing for our renewable energy related products and services. The Renewable Energy Loan is available for both personal and business use and is intended to support the national effort to increase the use of alternative energy sources and promote energy efficiency.

-Max loan amount is JMD $2,000,000

-Max loan tenure is currently 3 Years

-Interest rate will be 8% charged on the reducing balance

-There is a processing charge of 3% of the loan amount

-90% financing

*Self employed individuals must be able to provide their last income tax return

*An energy audit may apply for certain larger scale projects

Requirements for Personal Renewable Energy Loan:

1) Job Letter

2) Last Three (3) Pay Slips

3) Approved and Valid Identification

4) TRN

5) One (1) passport sized photograph

6) Quotation from IREE Solar for the purchase and installation of renewable energy equipment

7) Security - Motor Vehicle, Equipment or Appliances (purchased), Assignment of Life Insurance Cash Value, Real Estate

8) Last Three (3) Utility Bills

National Housing Trust

IREE Solar is fully compliant with the National Housing Trust (NHT) and will work along with the NHT to expedite your application for an NHT Solar Water Heater Loan. The NHT Solar Water Heater Loan is specially designed for NHT contributors who are seeking to install a solar water heater and any accessories that might be needed to allow the solar water heater to function ideally (e.g.water pump, water filter, or storage tank).

NHT Solar Water Heater Loan Facts:

• Available to all NHT contributors who have been contributing for a minimum of 1 year
• Borrow up to JMD $250,000
• Interest rate charged is an unbelievable 3% over 5 years
• Your uncollected NHT contributions or title can be used to secure the loan
• To process the loan using your NHT uncollected contributions, (providing all documents are in order) will take approximately 10 working days
• To process the loan using your title (taking into consideration that all documents are in order) will take approximately 6 weeks
